Shaunna Rodriguez: Name Trademark Unconstitutional

Remove Common Name Trademarks: It is unconstitutional to trademark a common persons name and make it an act of intellectual infringement if someone sharing the same name uses it to receive their own recognition.

Why is this important?

My name is Shaunna Rodriguez and I am a victim of such circumstance as in dealing with a "common" name that has been Trademarked. Due to common name trademarking, anyone sharing this same name is unable to use it for anything.
