I was shot in the head October 19,2010 around 10:27a.m. A woman named Shirley Nolan Hollingsworth was the shooter. The story the Police told was false..I never have been able to speak the truth about this incident.The state has slandered my name and threatened my livelyhood.I am alive and need HELP!!!
