Shut down ACS and CPS

We all know of people who had ACS steal their kids due to a person who has a personal vendetta and hatred to steal someone's children. This petition is to wipe ACS clean; the fact that kids die in foster care is insane. We have police officers and criminal justice. My point is if a child was beaten to the point where police are called, like every other case if the parents were involved then guess what? Police will have to arrest the parents according to the crime and when they get out of jail their kids have been adopted and they have lost there rights; their parental rights are terminated no matter what. Why? Because of attempted murder or the fact that these parents didn't appreciate their children. We don't need ACS workers there only to lie and keep a paycheck. I went through this for 8 years and got very sick with brain cancer. My 9-year-old daughter and I are both are very sick now due to stress. I don't want this to happen to anyone in this world again. I feel I personally have to change this.
