The text of my petition is to stop putting down dogs or cats who are simply scared for "behavioral". Obviously, these animals are scared in a new environment and they never get a chance. It's disgusting what PAS do and it needs to be stopped!

The text of my petition is to stop putting down dogs or cats who are simply scared for "behavioral". Obviously, these animals are scared in a new environment and they never get a chance. Its disgusting what PAS do and it needs to be stopped! I hate seeing innocent animals being put down in Pueblo over the silliest reasons.
