Siskiyou County Law Enforcement Investigation

Did you know that there is a Siskiyou County bailiff who was witnessed buying drugs in Happy Camp still taking tax dollars and in uniform?
The same officer is now bedding down with an 18 year old female who was seeing someone else when they met. This is the second marriage/relationship Garrison has broken up in two years.

Another bailiff, who listened to drug dealers and arrested the innocent, was busted from Sargent to nothing and still collects tax dollars while sitting on his ass in the courthouse all day.

Are you tired of insufficient enforcement of the laws?
Does it bother you that some individuals are allowed to run profitable criminal enterprises and with threat of assistance from their buddies in uniform, keep tax payers at bay?

Here in Siskiyou County drug dealers use the names and ranks of their partners in uniform to insure their continued criminal enterprises.

The drug dealers have no jobs, pay NO taxes, yet drive expensive cars and trucks, back and forth all day long unless they are vacationing in Hawaii, taking pictures they post on Facebook seemingly to rub the legal citizens noses in it.

The threats expressed by the drug dealers are that they are able to tell lies to the police {their buddies} whom then without any proof, arrest and cite law abiding citizens. Then the innocent have to pay for legal representation to get charges dismissed.

This is happening while the two thieves smashed the glass encasing the artifacts around 1 a.m. Wednesday, Feb.1,2012, making off with some of the 750 ounces of gold nuggets and delicate flakes in a collection valued at $3 million.

Why is this important?

I was incarcerated in Siskiyou County when Sargent Stewart believed drug dealers.
He did NO investigation, did NOT knock on the door and ask for any witnesses.
It took 56 days for my legal counsel to prepare for a jury trial and present to the D.A. 'trial ready discovery'.
Two and one half hours later, void of any court proceedings, I was kicked to the curb. That discovery vaporized $500,000.00 bond WITHOUT a hearing and no one even said "oops, sorry."
This is ONE of THREE criminal dismissals by yours truly.
