We, the undersigned, are outraged at the "Smart Meter" opt out arrangement offered to us. We feel that it is premature and prejudicial to the common good.
We have not seen any independent data presented to allay our concerns for our health, or legislation protecting us in our privacy and security concerns, or against abuses.
To allow PG&E to be able to assess charges prior to due diligence is unconscionable.
We therefore request delay of any charges leveled until these concerns are properly addressed.
