We call on Smith's to exercise their right (under Nevada Law) to protect their customers and ban the carrying of guns by shoppers in their stores.
Why is this important?
I do not feel safe shopping around customers with guns strapped to their side. I feel this type of person is just looking for trouble. Also even if the person were to draw the weapon in an emergency, without proper training (which is not required in Nevada) innocent people may well be injured. Statistics show that the owner of a handgun (or their family) is more likely to be injured than a criminal by that gun.
