Solve the Fukushima Disaster

The Fukushima nuclear plant post tsunami is still causing serious problems leaking radioactive water into the Pacific Ocean. The California coast is in jeopardy: human, wildlife and natural reaources. We want the state department to make this a high priority with the Japanese government and establish an international committee of scientific experts to solve the problem.
