It is not a fight any person of color should consider . The repocussions are very real . but one has to choose a reason to stand and say "NO NOT ME" I came thru WW-@2 and the German subs and the hate of my color and faith in the Justice system of my country only to find 68 years later 'IT SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST" IF you are a person of "COLOR" !!! ; BUT !!! I refuse to admit that I can not get "JUSTICE"
Why is this important?
YES !!!! The national belief "THAT JUSTICE IS BLIND" Has absolutely no meaning in Alabama . !! When Federal Judges openly permit "PURJERY" in their court; With knowledge of it's occurrence ;
and state civil court judges , hearing your case :Tell you not file because you can't win ; Because and only because you are of "COLOR" and are fighting the "WHITE" establishment . Even the "Alabama Bar Association". Refuses to hear your "DOCUMENTED" complaint.
