Why is this important?
I am always worried that the food and products I am buying may contain animal, poultry, seafood or insect product, additives and derivatives. I am sure other consumers feel the same way as most of us at one time or another have unknowingly eaten such foods. This violates our health and ethical choices.
Labels and a logo to state "SUITABLE FOR VEGANS" on all restaurant menu cards and food packages would help us select the right products that support our chosen life style of ethical veganism and encourage others to consider their choices too.
That's why I created the petition below:
