We have yet to have a head of SEC who isn't bullied by Wall Street. Eliot Spitzer has proved that he understands how Wall Street works, he is not intimidated by their bluster, and he wouldn't use his office to audition for a position in a Wall Street firm. We cannot afford to waste one of the most savvy experts on high finance in our country.
