Because out sourcing a job off-shore avoids paying into SSI, companies doing so should be required to contribute an equivalent in-lieu amount into the US SSI system.
Why is this important?
Out sourcing jobs off shore not only robs American workers of gainful employment, it weakens Social Security funding. Tell the president and congress that American companies sending jobs abroad should be required to make an in-lieu payment to SSI for the amount the company and worker would have paid into SSI.
