Do not support any attempt to revive the repealed PA 72 or create a new law involving emergency managers until the people vote on the current law in November.
Why is this important?
Right-wing elements in the state government have been working for months trying to hijack democracy in Michigan and prevent people from voting on repealing PA 4 aka the emergency manager dictator law. Nearly a quarter million voters signed the petition, the state supreme court ordered it on the ballot and now the right-wing is trying to revive a repealed version or create a new one to subvert the will of the people at the ballot box.
