Standardize sentencing guidelines for sex offenders in Arizona.

There is no regulation being enforced, if one exists, on sentencing guidelines for sex offenders in Arizona. Allegations are treated as the truth and suspects are being forced to sign plea agreements for crimes they didn't commit because Defense Attorneys are telling them if they go to trial they will get the max of 89 years. If they sign, they are considered guilty. Most don't have the $250K for a private lawyer. Let's stop this witch hunt!

Why is this important?

There are no rules for sentencing sex offenders in Arizona. Defense attorneys are not providing rigorous defenses and a person caught urinating in the middle of the night behind a bar can receive as many or more years than a pedophile. This needs to stop. Not all sex offender crimes are equal!
