T cell therapy / Immunotherapy was proven in trials to drastically improve remission times for dogs with Canine Lymphoma; it's now widely used in humans, not available for our dogs. Over 50% of Retrievers over 10 will die from this disease.
Why is this important?
For all the countless dogs we have lost to Lymphoma, and the families that deserve this option. We need 100,000 to sign! T cell therapy Immunology is the future of cancer treatment and the dogs are the ones that were tested on. Now peoples cancers are being cured, most recently at MD Anderson, Cervical cancer, so why isn't this proven therapy an option?
