Start the Lowell police body camera program now!
The city of Lowell is considering starting a police body cam program and they want public input.
We want to see a public meeting to address our demands:
1. IMPLEMENT THE BODY CAMERA TRIAL PROGRAM NOW!
2. FOR THE OFFICERS NOT TO BE ABLE TO TURN THE CAMERAS OFF AT WILL!
3. KEEP THE VIDEO LOCAL! SO THE PUBLIC MAY USE IT!

Why is this important?
Although we have seen people die on camera, we know this program will bring a new level of accountability the people desperatly need.
