Stemming police murders

The outlying problem demands three things to promote change in our police departments... 1. We need them to be responsible for their action and pay for their failures Lawyers, Doctors, Educators and Clergy along with other professions have malpractice or liability insurance so that people don't pay for their mistakes. 2. Training must be continuous and thorough to ensure their ability to perform duties properly and 3. People of color must permeate the process as officers and officials to provide meaningful oversight...
