Keep debate fair. Cut out microphone sound on candidate who is not speaking so they cannot interrupt and take the stage by dominating and bullying. Turn off microphone sound after alloted time (with 15 sec. warning light). Don't let one candidate get the last word on EVERY topic: alternate as was originally proposed. Moderator should not be cowed by bullying candidate.
