We need stiffer penalties for people who abuse or neglect animals. They cannot ask for justice, so WE must be their voice!
Why is this important?
I want stiffer penalties for people who abuse or neglect animals in Pennsylvania! I have not been personally affected, but just seeing pictures and posts on Facebook of these poor animals breaks my heart and we need to do something!!!
