We need mandatory felony charges against anyone that abuses a child in any form. No more turning a blind eye to this anymore. We need to stand together and STOP ABUSE ! ! !

This is about making stiffer penalties against anyone that abuses a child in any form. No misdemeanor charge. Yes I have been affected by this and still am.
