We approve all kinds of recycling programs, but the city is covered with trash. Literally. Remove the trash from your yard or be fined. Why not?
Why is this important?
My daughter and I walk to school daily and step over glass bottles and condoms in the yards we have to go through. That trash blows into the neighboring businesses and just stays. We pick up what we are able to but sometimes more than just one family is needed to help.
