Stop 7-11 Predatory Card Holds

7-11 Company has a policy of outrageously long holds on debit and credit card gas purchases. For example, just recently the 7-11 of downtown Corning, NY put a $125 hold on my daughter-in-law’s bank account for a $10 gasoline purchase. This hold stayed on her account for 3 weeks, causing her financial harm. This is a predatory corporate policy that harms working people who have no way to fight back, especially poor working people who must watch every penny, and who do not have money to pursue a legal recourse. Send a message to 7-11 Corporate that this policy of long card holds must stop!
