Banks should charge overdraft fees ONLY in line with the amount of each overdraft.and never over 150% of the overdraft amount..
Why is this important?
The Federal Reserve under former Chairman Greensberg said overdraft fees are not interest. This is untrue. When did banks get to set fines? Stop this scam and set reasonable interest charges on the overdrafts. Tell the CFPB to get on this NOW!
