There needs to be laws set up so that inaccurate information on CARFAX reports can be challenged by the car owner and taken off if CARFAX can not substantiate them in a set period of time.
Why is this important?
CARFAX has destroyed the value of my car by putting inaccurate information on their report and we have no recourse or way to get this information off the report.
