Why is this important?
Why do employers need to check our credit report for employment offers. Many of us have been hit hard by the economy, and our credit score is in bad shape. I feel it is unfair representation of who we are as a worker. It is not fair that we be judged by our credit score for employment. Lets end this practice and be judged fairly on our accomplishments.
