Please enforce the rule guaranteeing developmentally disabled citizens' right to an unbiased informal meeting, per ยง 4501(a) Of the Lanterman Act, which the North Bay Regional Center conducts as a biased formal hearing, paid for with tax dollars that support these biased attorneys.
