Stop Comed from raising rates to fund their mismanagement!

Stop Comed from raising rates for their smart grid meter program. This harkens back to when the consumers of Illinois i.e. ratepayers underwrote i.e. paid for Comeds nuclear program. As underwriters and ratepayers we were promised extremely cheap electricity once those generating stations were paid for. The legislature and governor's office along with the citizens utility board screwed the consumers of Illinois by deregulating electricity and allowing Comed & Philadelphia's Peco electric to merge and form Exelon Corporation. Exelon held the nuclear stations in their trust, thereby circumventing the agreement Comed had with the consumers i.e. they would be paid back by extremely cheap electricity. Now here we go again, Comed is standing at the trough looking to gorge themselves on consumer money, like pigs gorging themselves on slop! Comed wastes millions upon millions of dollars a year due to mismanagement and other shenanigans which I have proof of. Tell Comed they have to continue with implementation of the smart meter program on their own dime. Let their shareholders pay this time which of course would be their management which gets millions of dollars in share bonuses a year, because they're not going to do that to us again.
