It is time to stop paying all Congressmen (and their staffs) and the entire White House staff all salaries and benefits until they come up with a workable and viable budget. They were voted TO SERVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. They are not doing that. It is time to stop paying them until they decide to work TOGETHER for the people. This is the country for the people, by the people and of the people.
