Don't deny a child just cause they get medical card threw the state. Every child no matter state medical or paying out of pocket should be treated equally and get the right medical treatment.
Why is this important?
Child being limited on what medical testing/treatment because they get illinois medical card. Every child needs to be treated equally no matter what their insurance is.
