We need to stop making young people disabled by the sex offender laws. No one will hire them or rent to them. If they committed their crime or crimes under age, they need to be kept off the registry.
Why is this important?
If someone under the age of 18 commits a sex crime, they are put on the registry and no one will hire them or rent to them. They become disabled at a very young age and remain that way for the rest of their lives.
