Danny Solis and the Midwest Jesuits are going for fast track gentrification at 18th and Peoria. An empty lot owned by the Jesuits is under contract to build 500 luxury condos. The Jesuits refuse to talk to the community. Solis already took money from the developers before the election, but didn’t say anything until after the election.
