For the third year in a row, President Trump is trying to cut Government funding in the Department of Education. This year, he is suggesting that it be cut by 12%. This funding cut will result in the cancellation of after-school programs and a cut in resources for schools in low-income areas. The only thing this funding cut will do is increase the education gap in America.
