Stop FirstEnergy's attack on clean energy

Ohio's Clean Energy Law has helped create enough renewable energy to power more than 95,000 homes, and its energy efficiency programs have saved enough electricity to power at least 267,000 more homes.But now, Ohio’s biggest utility and one of its biggest polluters is launching an all-out assault to keep us hooked on dirty energy. At every step of the process, FirstEnergy Corp has undermined Ohio's commitment to clean energy. They've missed annual targets for clean energy. They've taken advantage of loopholes to avoid investing in efficiency programs. And they lobbied to block the financing of Ohio's largest solar project. Now, they're pushing for legislation at the statehouse to roll back Ohio's Clean Energy Law.
