Stop the building of five more power plants (the current Contra Costa plant is a mile away) to surround the unique, ancient Antioch dunes in Antioch and Oakley, California. Concentrated emissions from these plants will threaten public health and the survival of the endangered Lange's metalmark butterfly, which exists, together with other invertebrates and plants, only in this unique environment.
