Based on President Barack Obama 2009 Stimulas Bill, large banks haltered foreclosures only to have an initiative in place to stop protest against them and to make money off of the plan.
Why is this important?
Existing Modification to the Home Affordable Plan has obstacles in place that existing homeowners do not understand. Therefore millions are and will continue be faced into foreclosure.
