STOP FORECLOSURES IN FLORIDA The grand theft of Homes in the STATE
We are speaking up to protect the rights of homeowners and tenants.
Why is this important?
TO STOP ALL FORECLOSURES IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BECAUSE THEY ARE ILLEGAL.
The State of Florida has strict foreclosure laws that must be followed exactly or the foreclosure sale is VOID, and strict laws are to protect residents from illegal eviction. Much of the housing crisis is caused by judges who fail to enforce these laws in thousands of individual cases, and by our Attorney General and District Attorneys who fail to prosecute housing crimes. Governor SCOTT and all our lawmakers say they are concerned about our deficient budget, unemployment, homelessness, and the shortage of affordable housing.
JUDGES should investigate the paperwork and procedures in any case that follows a foreclosure sale, housing discrimination, or any other questionable activity. Fraudulent, counterfeit, robo-signed documents are NOT LEGAL and must not be allowed to substitute for legal documents. Any VOID foreclosure sale means the buyer CANNOT evict the residents. Yet 49 State Attorneys General received a Settlement of Millions of Dollars for Robo-Signing, yet not 1 Homeowner received compensation, yet our Beloved (NOT) Attorney General Pam Bondi hired more Judges to Foreclose on Homeowners…..But, homeowners are forced out usually by a SWAT team of Law enforcement working for the banks not the public that pays their wages. When speculators realize they cannot evict after a VOID sale, they will stop buying the houses at auction, and lenders who must keep these homes might be more motivated to modify the loans. Right now, the lenders (loan servicers) refuse to modify loans because they get more cash when they sell the house. BOTTOM LINE THESE ARE NOT MORTGAGES, BUT DEBT COLLATORS ILLEGALLY STEALING OUR HOME..AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED……FLORIDA..PLEASE SHARE AND SIGN… GOD BLESS US FOR THE JUSTICE WE DESERVE AND OUR HOMES BACK
