Rural house holds can not afford to pay nefarious charges. These services should be regulated as they are as essential as shelter, electricity, and water. I ask for nation wide policy requiring these services be performed by a co-op organization owned and operated by member for the benefit of its members!
Why is this important?
We are sick of being ripped off for basic services including trash pick up.
