Insurance companies are using any claim( your fault or not) to jack up your rate. Also they use credit scores for a justification to fleece you further, which disproportionately affects middle class and poor Georgians. Even if your auto is hit while parked in a parking space and the honest citizen who hit your vehicle stopped and left their insurance information, simply filing a claim with their insurance company will be justification to insurance companies to raise YOUR rate.
