No Government Employee should be the recipient of Lobbyist payments either cash or in the form of 'PERKS' such as an exclusive country club membership. Members of Congress are non productive due to conflicting interests of the public and of big corporations hiring lobbyists. No congressman should be paid pensions by taxpayers who have no pensions . Same goes for Healthcare benefits . Medicare and Social Security only upon retirement.
Why is this important?
Federal Government Employees should NOT be recipients of taxpayer funded pensions and free healthcare for life. Government employees should recieve Social Security and Medicare ONLY upon retiring.
