We petition the New Mexico state legislature to require all district post offices and public libraries to recycle all paper materials that are currently accepted at NM transfer stations.
Why is this important?
Few if any public or private entities dispose of as much waste paper as do the district post offices and public libraries. Seprating what can be recycled from trash is as much a part of doing business as insurance, bookkeeping and paying taxes,
