HOA controls how and what we want to do to our homes, charge us fines even if our mortgage is current and they control how we want our homes to look, they only take care of common areas but not the up keep our the grass on our property or snow removal. When people fall behind they say we can't park in front of our own home enough is enough. Many people in this economy don't have extra money to pay to them to control our homes and dictate to us what we can and can not do with our own property. This is unconstitutional and invades our civil rights.
