Stop Hurting Chronic Pain Patients!!!
I have had chronic lumbar back now for 10 years, as I am sure many of you and your families have! Ten long years, everyday I suffer from what is sometimes excruciating lower lumbar back and hip pain! It's exhausting. Nights without being able to lie down in a bed and get the rest that my body and mind is in desperate need of. Please consider those of us who are in true legitimate pain and have proof of said pain from MRI's, Cat-Scans, X-Rays and countless hours spent at the Dr.'s office! Please help those of us who are in need of Narcotic Pain Medication, be able to receive such medications, without huge obstacles, that have been put in place that not only punish those that are acquiring prescriptions for these medicines for their own personal profitable personal financial gain. These medications are vital to those of us that are in legitimate pain! Is a Diabetic punished by the law for being a Diabetic? No, they are not instead the vital medication that is necessary for a Diabetic to receive is prescribed without hesitation and restrictions if proven they are needed to sustain the individual it's prescribed for. My question is why can't those that have legitimate chronic pain, be able to receive their medication just as well? Providing, urine and blood tests are available to prove that the chronic pain patient is taking the medication in the appropriate manner for which it is prescribed. Please HELP! Stop those that need to be stopped! But, please don't punish me for being sick with chronic Lumbar Back and Hip PAIN!!! I want our voices to be HEARD LOUD and CLEAR! Thank You for your time and consideration. May God Bless and keep you safe in his loving arms.
Why is this important?
Please consider a Bill that would provide Chronic Pain Patients, the narcotic pain medication their Dr.'s know will improve their quality of life. It is vitally necessary for those that are in chronic pain to receive the appropriate medication ones Dr. deems necessary, for those that are in legitimate in chronic pain.
