Stop Killing People
Government agencies do not have the right to kill people. Military organizations, intelligence organizations, correctional facilities and law enforcement agencies need to find non lethal methods to accomplish their goals.
Why is this important?
Most governments have enacted some form of the commandment, "Thou Shalt Not Kill". It's not just a guideline, it's a commandment. If all governments would agree to enforce this one simple law, military spending could be eliminated.
