Dear Mayor, Your decision to allow Secural to aggressively enforce parking violations in our residential neighborhoods is not making anyone safer, it is just running up frivolous tickets on tax-paying residents who are already besieged by tourists during the summer and weekends. You need to do a comprehensive review of their practices asap!
Why is this important?
This is NOT about public safety, this is about Malibu City Council hiring Secural (a private firm) to write tickets on their behalf, mostly targeting residents. This is NOT about dangerous cars speeding down the PCH, this is about MCC lining their coffers at the expense of our local population!
