The state of Illinois will repeal and refused the guidelines of NDAA 2012-2013. And maintain the United States of America's Constitution and allow its citizens to due process.
Why is this important?
The 2012 and 2013 National Defense Authorization Act allows indefinite detention of US citizens without charge for trial. This position is the move on repealing this language from the NDAA and maintaining the Constitution in Illinois.
