STOP NV ENERGY SMART METERS
N V Energy is trying to force rate payers in the State of Nevada to accept the use of potentially harmful Smart Meters. These new meters transmit radiation every 15 minutes, are intrusive in that they monitor when a person is in their home or apertment and what electrical device is being used.
The Rate Payers in the State of Nevada must be allowed to maintain their existing Analog Electric meters and not be forced to have Smart Meters installed.
The State of Vermont has passed and the Governor of that State has signed a Bill allowing residents to OPT OUT without paying any fees or monthly meter reading charges.
We petition the Legislators of the State of Nevada to pass such a Bill and the Governor of Nevada to sign into law such legislation to protect the people of this State.

Several reasons
1. Invasion of Privacy it amounts to unlawful search by monitoring what goes on in your home violation of the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution
2. These Smart Meters give of Radation which can be a health hazzard in that this radiation is transmitted every 15 minutes
3. NV Energy will be instituting TIME OF DAY RATES at TRIPPLE the normal rate between the hours of 1 to 7 PM. Think about that when air conditioning is need in the summer months. How will people living on fixed incomes be able to afford to pay those rates?
