Start cutting at the top instead of cutting from the bottom, i.e. the elderly and the social security/ medicare.
Why is this important?
Stop allowing one-term representatives from getting a pension for life. They should not receive a pension until they have served at least 10 years as an elected official at the state level. This is a drain on the economy that should be eliminated.
