Senate Bill 538 would change the way electoral college votes are awarded in PA. This would give Republicans a huge, unfair advantage, thanks to the gerrymandering of districts that has already been done. Republicans are trying to change the rules--do not let them succeed. We must say NO to Senate Bill 538.
