Repeal the sit and Lie ordinance which makes it illegal for our citizens to sit or lie down in our downtown area.
Why is this important?
This law is an affront to humanity. Criminalizing homelessness is in effect making the climb back from homelessness almost impossible by creating more problems for our disenfranchised.
