stop pit bull ban
The government has recently put a ban on pit bulls in most of Muskegon Township. Let's stop this wrongful discrimination against dogs that behave as their owners taught them. It's not the dogs' fault if they are mean; it's their owners.
Why is this important?
Even though dogs technically don't have rights in the government, this is discrimination against a specific breed. It's either all dogs or none. My house recently burned down and I was forced to look for a place to rent, and in Muskegon that's nearly impossible. I have been forced to get rid of my baby pit bull, Amber. She is the cutest, most loving dog I've ever met. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body. But no renters care; the second they hear 'pit bull' they deny me. Help me not only change laws of discrimination, but change people's hearts and expand their minds.
